Called to ask how much it would cost to lengthen some suit pants. First thing I noticed when she answered the call was her bad attitude, throughout the whole call she was super rude and dismissive. I ended up hanging up because I didn’t feel like dealing with her, other reviews have similar experiences.

Please be courteous and only take clean clothing to be mended.

This person was married in this dress and after 2 years brought it out of the plastic shopping bag and it was yellow and smelly from the perspiration. You can understand why she was told to leave....disgusting.

You cant expect ANYONE to handle a garment like that, anyway , keep going with the alterations for I WILL be your client anyday.
