Kirsty Sanderson Photography

Kirsty Sanderson initially very friendly however once paid in full refused to provide photos. Attempted multiple avenues of contact, was blocked on every platform. Till this day, have still not received photos or refund. Absolutely appalling.

I would like to leave an honest review. I did not have a good experience with Kirsty Sanderson Photography. I had a newborn photography session done in December 2017 and never got to view my photos. I never got the photo I requested. I was told to be happy with the sneak peaks as I wasn't getting anything else. She said she's busy and it's only a $100 session. When I tried to explain that it's not right I had the phone hung up in my face. I found this very unprofessional.

This is very upsetting as it's pictures of my newborn, pictures of my family. I never had a photo session where I wasn't able to see my photos or choose my own photos.

I don't want anyone else to go through this. It's just too upsetting.
