Kimberley Park Childcare Centre

My boy's have been going to kimberley park childcare for almost a year, the staff are friendly and informative

I am disappointed with the staff and Jeorgie Artango of Kimberley Park Childcare. The hired me to entertain the kids at 1pm on 26th September 2013. I sent them a confirmation/invoice which they received. When I arrived, they firstly said that 1pm was not suitable, the kids were asleep. I reminded them that 1pm was chosen by Jeorgie, not me.then they said well we only have 2 school age kids hereI reminded them that I have just travelled 45 minutes to get there plus getting my show ready and making balloons for them.they then said we want to cancel. I said that I could have booked that spot 10 times over and they should have told me earlier, not wait till I arrive, they then said they have left a message for me to call themnot to canceljust to call. I checked my message machineand was not surprised that there was no message. I emailed and said that they had wasted 3 hours of my day and that I would like $100 to compensate and that $100 would be a credit for any future bookingthey have not returned any emails from me and while there they were hostile and uncaring.very disappointing behaviour.
