I called into the store today with a question about delivery to Alstonvlle in NSW. I spoke to Angela ? who was very helpful in regards to the costs. It would be quite expensive. She went above and obtained a contact for a florist in Ballina who would be a able to help. I appreciated the the help and will definitely use this shop for any local work. Well done

I ordered the arrangement approx. a month ago for a dear friend who had lost her husband.

Angela followed up with an email to me as I had emailed them after receiving a photo of the arrangement from my friend. I didn’t think it was the same as described, but it was. I middle of work when I checked the photo out and did not see it properly.

It was beautiful and my friend was delighted.

My fianc went into hospital to have surgery on her back and so I thought I would cheer her up with some vibrant flowers. After browsing the Petals website, I decided to call into the Springwood store to check out their selection in person. The two staff members were very helpful in choosing a selection of flowers and I can definitely recommend their services. The flowers stayed fresh (in a vase) for close to a week and a half - not to mention my fianc loved them. Great work guys :)

One star for the staff not the Owner .... Picked up helium ballons for my sons 18th at 1pm straight to the car which was under cover and air on then straight to my home which was also airconditioned and the ballons are going down and its only 5pm. The phone response was very unplesent and she was very ugly and hung up .... I have worked with helium balloons and know how they work ... Horrible place
