Alan's Brisbane Valley Removals & Storage

The two guys who turned up to move my large furniture were fantastic and took a lot of stuff that I didn't originally consider them moving. With everything they did, my move was made easier on me.

I recently used Alan's Removals and found Shane and his team to be very helpful, efficient and reliable. I believe they are under new management, which seems to have made a positive impact. Will use again

TERRIBLE!
very unprofessional, lied to multiple times.
Told packing was by the hour, then charged by the crate.
Was told that returning second hand boxes we would be reimbursed a small amount and was not.
And have been abused over the phone just for calling to let them know they've left something behind, then told to grab our stuff from them and go elsewhere.
DO NOT USE. These people do not care about customers or what they do to offend anyone. Don't let this pathetic excuse business keep going! It's unaustralian!
If you really cant afford anything else get EVERYTHING in writing.

1 start.because I can't give 0. I wish I found these reviews before we used this pathetic excuse for a company. The damage caused is beyond belief. Valuable memories destroyed at the hands of a grumpy old man and his "professional" employees. I can't begin to describe how much I would never recommend this company. The low prices grab your attention but you also get low quality service and the inability to understand "Fragile" I've thrown thousands of dollars worth and irreplaceable items from me great grandfather. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

In the same manner as the other review, I would prefer to give a minus. After MONTHS of following up the most incompetent person I have dealt with for a very long time, excuse after excuse and non returned messages and emails meant that the deadline for removal of my personal property from my home meant that I lost EVERYTHING. Provisions made, keys sent, communication in writng of what to do, NOTHING was done...I actually lost my property, (furniture, books, clothes, everything from my kitchen, personal memories and photos and frames, paintings, my treasured collections, EVERYTHING) 6 weeks ago, but only today when I ring Alan again for an update I hear that its too late, no point, its all been taken away. Thankyou Alan for your ineptitude and your absurd idea of how to do business. You are a disgrace to the removals industry and you should do everyone a favour and simply go out of business. I cannot put into words what I think of you right now. So much for trying to deal locally.

I had to give one because I couldn't give no stars. Worst removal company I have used. damaged 70% of our property and gave is nothing but trouble from the second the trucks were loaded. our baby's furniture is ruined because of the ridiculous stacking this mob does. seriously guys pay a bit more and get a real removalist
