A Grade Tank Repairs and Cleaning

It was only after paying $1500 to have our tank cleaned and repaired that we discovered the repair had been unsuccessful, which left our family without the only mains water supply to our home. Despite chasing and chasing for 6 weeks to have this rectified, all we were offered was weeks of excuses, showing up at our home for only 2 hours in an attempt to rectify the problem, which finally lead to us terminating his services and having the repair done by another contractor. Despite not being able to fulfill his commitment to repair our tank, no offer of compensation for the lack of repair or loss of water due to the unsuccessful repair were offered.

Our experience was similar to Lisa P. This so called tank repairer wore us down to the point where we engaged another tank repair professional to restore our tank, and that was after 9 months of excuses, no shows and no response. Simply don't waste your time and money on this person, as he does not have the ability, knowledge or skills to repair water tanks. N&C
