Got a quote in december - accepted quote to proceed in march. Have been unable to make contact by phone/text or email for the last 2 weeks. Customer service seems poor, i can't help but think how hard it would be to make contact if you had an issue with the actual job. Will provide an update if i ever hear from them again.
