West Toowoomba Medical Centre

Well I have been going here for years .The reason I give this review is cause my son is autistic he is four years of age, well one day we had to go there early for a appointment as he woke up with sore ear ,we got a lovely female doctor on the way out I told the front desk to cancel the later appointment as he had a middle ear infection so the second appointment would of been to much if you have autistic children they would understand they said they did it I left .Week later had to go back to get a check up but before we went into that appointment they got the male doctor to call me into his office and get up me due to a no show of appointment and how he misses out on the money ,I tried to explain he wasn't having it even know I did the right thing and cancelled with the ladies on the day well today my son is sick again i rang to see if he can get in to see a doctor they said not into we receive the money you owe us said he is four years of age there responce

OH WELL I said it's all you practices fault

So money means more then a child's health even when I explained I didn't have the money on me today but my son really needs to see a doctor they said "money first or no seeing the doctor"
