Staff was impatient to customer and didn't offer good service. My parcel was there when I went to pick up first time. But the staff didn't intend to check my parcel and let me come to the second time. She still wanted to send me away without checking carefully if my parcel was there at the second time. After I insisted and showed her the message that the parcel was arrived at Modbury Heights Newsagency, she found my parcel. It took me more that half hour at the first time and didn't get my parcel. At the second time, It took me almost one hour to get it. It is so disappointed with the service they offered.
