Harvey Norman Carpet Retailers

Yesterday I came in to purchase a Nokia Lumia 630 advertised as $98 and unlocked. Staff informed me it was locked and could not be bought at $98 unlocked. Today I see it advertised again in a catalogue as unlocked. Go into store after online says there is still stock. Staff still seem unaware that it can be unlocked for free. Staff then inform me the last one is on a counter for another customer. Staff attempt to tell me it's due to misinformation from Vodafone. I reply that really it's staff at Harvey Norman that should be aware of what is coming up, given the catalogue would have been preprinted at least a week ago. Staff would be better off working at McDonalds where there are no tech skills required.
