Joe's Place For Hair

I told them I had a wedding next year and wanted my hair permed. The perm didn't take, half my hair is a curly mess while the other is dead straight. I went to get a refund, they only gave me half. I have now gone to a second hair dresser to assess what happened and they have told me that my roots have been damaged. Do not recommend this place.
