Absolutely disgusted in some of the experiences we have had here ! Have had countless Rude experiences but here are just a few , firstly every single time i come i have to wait a MINIMUM of 30 minutes in the waiting room, secongly Dr. Cheng once said to my two year old nephew that he is "rude just like his mother" However I am most upset with your receptionist Helen who is extremely rude every time I have made appointments . The final straw was when I urgently needed a visit for my 7 day old newborn , she didn't have a healthcare card yet as she was a cesearean birth so ofcourse we'd only really just got out of hospital , when we approached her to make the payment she Rudlely said something along the lines of "well if you hurry up and get her on on healthcare you won't have to worry about paying", and lastly I recently got something in the mail stating I'm being charged for missing my appointment when I called twice and was just put on the waiting line and I couldn't wait forever, as i mentioned earlier I have a newborn . My family and myself will NOT be coming back here . Extremely upset with your services .
