They ruined my dress that I wore only 3 times before I can’t replace it

They have been appalling in the way they have treated me

They don’t care they have ignored my many requests for the value or my dress to be refunded

The stress they have created is shameful

DONT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS there are plenty local dry cleaners 5 minute drive it worth it

If I could give a negative rating I would

Shame on all the people who work here !

Unfortunately my one and only experience was a disaster. I am sure they didnt mean to ruin my one of a kind dress but it came as a complete shock when I went to collect it. I have had the same dress dry cleaned several times over the past few years at different dry cleaners and have never had a problem. I would't risk goign tk them again, especially with an item that can't be relaced.
