      The owner and founder of Purple Dog Leadlighting & Mosaics is Debbie Balen. Debbie first became interested in glass after in enrolling in a local leadlighting course over 20 years ago. To be able to take glass and create beautiful and timeless leadlights gave a satisfaction that could find no equal, she fell in love with the textures and colours and the impact they can make.

      We specialise in restoring and repairing your old leadlights. From replacing broken glass to complete releading, we will come to you and asses your leadlight and advice on what needs to be done to bring it back to its former glory.

      I got Purple dog to do a small leadlighted window for my front entance.

      They did showed me the design in scale then full size and fitted the window for me. The final gum leaf design looked fantastic and reminded me of growing up in the country.

      I highly recommend Deb as she gives her personal touch to each job and takes great pride in what she is doing.
