these people are fine until they have your work then they treat you with distain and aggressive abusive behaviour - they had guaranteed Id have my car returned to me and the loan car picked up but after they took more than a month to fix my car they then gave me an hours notice they were doing the swap over ... they had messaged 2 weeks before saying it was ready then on the day without any consultation in all that time they called to say they were delivering then and there. I was 4 hours from home for work and so they said I had to travel to them (hour and half from home where they had picked up my car originally) and if I didn't get it they threatened they would charge me STORAGE FEES!!! There are plenty of other places avoid these people who also conned me into signing with a go between company to claim the insurance for fixing my car. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have had 3 repairs done here in last 3 years & frankly, not once did the service live up to expectation. Works take too long to complete even when you give them the vehicle to inspect, arrange parts delivery & return to minimise the inconvenience. The level of competence is poor. The final straw for me was the late delivery of my car after being told to pick it up in the morning, they were still cleaning it! When I came back in the evening they hadn't even washed the bug splat of the bumper. An argument ensued but I figure my time is better spent servicing my customers rather than arguing with idiots.

One of my paint jobs has been done in the incorrect colour but as the vehicle will be restored in the next 2 years I let it go. It costs me too much to have a vehicle off the road

Every time the works have run over time from their estimate by at least a week & in one case by 2 months, due to the so-called 'unavailable parts' .

I cannot, will not & will never recommend this business to anyone unless you want to wait an eternity for poor workmanship

Worst panel beaters ever, take forever to do and ever start repairs, and use old used parts.
My car had to be torn part and redone completely because of their dodgy work.
The owner is not a mechanic but used to work with AAMI as a manager. So be careful if your insurance company sends your car here. Get it changed to a better panel beater now!

Best service by far ! Efficient courteous and very prompt. Highly recommend them !

These people had my car for 3 MONTHS!!! And even then didn't do all the repairs... Had to take it back a few weeks later for them to complete the repairs... DO NOT USE!!!
