I travelled to MCH from Shepparton and was blown away by how helpful my salesman, Andy, was. He quoted me the best price and an excellent trade-in for my two-year-old Kona. I arrived right at closing time, but he was kind enough to stay late despite missing his boxing class.

I was initially looking at the new Kona but fell in love with the space and features of the Tuscon and went with the premium NLine Hybrid. I got a great deal, and the team at MCH rushed the inspection and registration and even organised for me to keep my old plates and rego number. This was the best experience I have had buying a new car.

I have to agree with the previous review. They overcharge and find plenty of additional things to fix. I gained a scratch to my vehicle which I could have sworn wasn't there when I dropped it off. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:40 for a 10:15 service, told them I needed it back at 3pm for the school run. Didn't hear back, called at 2pm to be told they'd be in touch shortly - many additional items I was asked to authorise (very expensive) I agreed to a few and made my way to the service centre. At 3pm I arrived to be told because of the additional services I had authorised the car wouldn't be ready till after 4pm. No idea how to run a customer service focused business

I will never go back here for a service. Absolutely outrageous inflation of pricing for unnecessary additional work.
They charged $483 for work/parts which I later received a fixed quote of $168 for the same work/parts.
Unhelpful and rude when their pricing was questioned.
Go elsewhere to have your regular servicing carried out.
