Items brought up during construction were ignored. when i originally attemptrf to act on my parents behalf jamie was rude. warranty mabager came out to inspect the house. gave us ridiculous excuses and belittled my father, a man of with a lot of knowledge and skill himself. 2nd inspection witj warranty manager annnnd general manager. polite on outside however fed my father and i false information.
i refused there repairs becausr after investigation his claims further i verified his claims of certain items being out of spec as false.
3rd inspection brought up more items of poor work and out of tolerance. general mabager got frustrated with me becausr i bring up more and more items. imagine living in this house. 3rd inspection ended with carlisle nanagers storming down our driveway pulling of his jacket in frustration and as if he was ready to fight lol.
my parebts are the ones who should be angry not carlisle homes. all the things they claim to be about on there webpage is not worth the paper jts written on. this house is appalling and carlisle attitude is disgusting. have only should 4 photos but believe me there is alot more
