An absolute disgrace. We were told constantly he would come only to not turn up even though we were apparently "booked" in. This man was extremely rude to my wife. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Solenoid issue on one zone. Repaired. Cleaning some sprinklers. $600 . Advised 3 persons @ $55 per hr. I didnt question but when I asked for realestate to pay he went off. Never experienced such a rude unprofessional service. I was in shock. BTW he sent the invoice the day prior and was wondering why it had not been paid.

Surely a few days is acceptable.

I requested a faulty solenoid in the reticulation system to be replaced and it costed me $1,220!

They came the first time and fixed the issue, but made two other zones faulty. Then they returned to see what the problem is and couldn't figured out what went wrong. Then they came for the third time and eventually fixed something that was originally working. And they made me pay for all these three visits.
