Get paid Up Front!

Before you BUY anything from or SUPPLY any goods to this business, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE read the many damning reviews on GOOGLE , PRODUCT REVIEW, YELP, YELLOW PAGES AND FACEBOOK!

I made the mistake of NOT asking for payment UP FRONT and am still waiting for payment. About 35 promises became 35 lies!

As always - BUYER BEWARE!

DISHONEST ADVICE - CUSTOMERS BEWARE

All i needed was a replacement gasket for a cooker.

What we received was long delays and several returned items justified by blatant dishonesty and disgraceful incompetent insincere customer service, all given with a smile.

Finished by money being returned.

I would recommend careful due diligence before utilising this shop it will save you time and money.

Certainly will never use Appliance Parts Centre W.A again.

Rating very poor

Had my Panasonic Genius microwave with faulty door repaired. Cost $150 for repair including a part they charged for.
Fault recurred 6 months later and they told me I needed paperwork if I wanted them to look at it again for no charge. Couldn't find paperwork so went and bought a new microwave rather than throw more money at repairs.
I then thought the old one was too good to throw out so took the cover off (6 screws) and immediately saw the problem could be remedied by me in 5 mins with no parts to replace. All fixed by me and back together in 10 mins.
Then googled, and it is a commonly known design fault with that model which will reoccur (as it did). They would know that when repairing it but never said anything to us.
Won't be using them for repairs in future.

I took my vacuum to repair a simple faulty switch and was quoted $89 for parts and labour.and reluctantly agreed because I needed the vacuum(Electrolux ZUC4101AF) After a week they were still waiting for the pcb switch ( it turns out there was nothing wrong with the switch but the on/off button that faulty when depressed switches on).Eventually after contacting Electrolux they sent me one within 2days without charge and I gave them the the part and waited another 8 days for the vacuum. When I got home I tested the old switch and found it working perfectly and it was the plastic on/off button the actual switch just plugs in (YOU NEED TO LIFT THE TOP BUTTON to get to the actual switch)they charged me $65 labour with my part.Rakesh the manager was trying to create the impression that this was a BIG job I would not advise anyone to repair their appliances at this place
