WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS... worst customer service ever, aswell as taking 2 weeks extra to just look at the machine.... I called around 5 times over the last two weeks trying to find out what was happening with my machine to only be lied to about ( apparently) my machine being serviced at the time and that's why it wasn't ready and they couldn't give me an estimated time.



I paid the money to have my machine serviced and repaired, to only get a phone call asking for $350 to replace a pump that costs $50, when I said I didn't want to go ahead with the repair I was hung up on.



I Then went to pick up my machine To find out that it hadn't even been serviced, and it was in parts.



DO NOT GO HERE, READ THE REVIEWS, it's not just me.

Terrible customer service, waited over two weeks longer then said for a service then after calling on multiple occasions they said it needed repairs and we no longer wanted their services. They Returned the machine in parts and hadn’t even completed general service

I would like to say that since 2016 David formerly with SWIFT Appliances (has closed down) is doing the repairs for Breville, Kenwood Chefs and Kitchenaid. He has 30 years experience and is very good in what he does. Ask for him, you won't be disappointed.

I had my coffee machine in for repairs and as i lived in the country I needed it repaired quickly. I dropped it off Saturday morning and was ready to pickup the next day. This was the best service i have had and i definitely recomend to anyone having problems with your machine.
