Lovely people, helped us out very quickly, but our problem is not solved, awaiting second opinion. We were also from the North coast of WA.....

Disappointed. Took over a week to fix, got quite urgent........ got a bit tired of telephoning every day and getting the reply "he is just finishing a car, yours is next"".... heard that one about 5 times.... went to pick up car, all locked up and no-one there?

After placing a call Tuesday to Newbies and getting a call back to confirm auto electrician would turn up sometime Wednesday afternoon and another call to their office still no electrician. Not even a call back to make another booking. Hopefully get better service from some other place. Would not recommend this company to any travellers.
