Definitely would not recommend and would not return again.
Terrible customer service and poor communication.
Firstly I was told I had already paid for my alterations, then upon pick up I was told I had to pay again and hadn't paid at all. The price was ridiculous and more than the shirts were even worth. Totally over priced.

I was given an extra docket that was for another clients alterations, therefore the lady insisted it was mine and demanded that I paid. She also pulled out a THIRD person's order and said that it was mine.

Pretty much she had no idea what was what, and by the looks and sounds of it didn't even care. She would have allowed someone to leave with 2 other people's clothing... I'm pretty sure those customers would NOT have been happy! And I guess this means they don't have their docket, or the wrong one, good luck to them trying to get their order off of her.

When I finally rectified and paid the $48 with a $50 note, she seemed to expect me to let her 'keep the change'. The cheek....
