Extremely poor business model. Been trying to call all morning. The lady at reception answers the phone and the first thing she says "have you not got the message yet...I've been hanging up on you the last eight calls you made!". So I ask "so you don't want to find out why I'm calling...cause I'm actually calling to enquire about your services?". Her response was "that's right!" and hangs up the phone. Talk about a total lack of phone manners or even a business model! Not using this guy's for sure and do not recommend their services.

Within an hour I had a plumber at my door. Problem fixed within ten minutes. I will be using Charter Plumbing and Gas again and referring others to them.

I would like to Thank the wonderful guys at Charter Plumbing & Gas for fixing a damaged pipe that was drilled through by a Telecommunications Company on a Brand new building that we hadn't moved into. They repaired the wall with minimal damage. They Plumbers at Charter Plumbing have also done other work at our new Unit & they are very efficient

DO NOT USE! First they arrive at your house without letting you know they are coming. Then, once rescheduled with an incredibly rude lady,they keep you waiting for hours only to discover that they have taken on a job that in their own words, "is more important", and obviously pays more money! Once you ring them to ask where they are they try to blame it all on you, so unprofessional!
