what a joke, referred me to the specialist that don't treat my condition. had to pay twice for a referral that has the same content only to change the specialist's name and wanted me to make another appointment and paid for the third time for the same changes same issue to change the specialist's name, another doctor referred me to an eye specialist took my day off and only to be told that I am on the wrong place. I am so disappointed for the charges and services they do and for wasting my time.

I have been visiting Hale Road Medical for the past two years and the service has always been fantastic. The doctors, admin and nurses are friendly, caring and totally professional. They also bulk bill anyone with a medicare card. They remind you about your appointment by text message so you don't forget. Definately five stars !
