This was the most negative hair experience in my life. I was insulted for wanting ash blond hair, and told that men dont get that colour. So automatically i felt uncomfortable as well as bullied for not being straight. I was treated like a child and was made out that it was such a hassle to do what i wanted to my hair. The colour was all wrong and i was charged over a 100 dollars just to get tips put in and toner. The colour is terrible and i have had to spend more money to get the colour out as they didnt bother rectifying the unhappy result. My hair was not even washed, just rinsed. No head, scalp massage. I wouldnt go back if you paid me. They have no common courtesy and not helpful at all. Considering im not from Perth, it put a bad taste in my mouth with customer service/satisfaction in this city. Poor form
