I had my insurance claim rejected because of the slack plumbers they sent around, upon a protest and months of fighting it was proved their plumbers were wrong and as backed by my tenants they looked like they were in a hurry to get out of the joint and did not properly inspect

Been with Wembley Plumbing for many years so when our 19 year old hot water heater packed it in we called the ones we could trust for a replacement.

Had these people out to replace a kitchen mixer tap.Received a bill of $320.
The explanation was $176 for the tap and $144 labour,I was staggered since
mixer taps today are freely available from $40-$90 and $144.00 for a 15 minute
job puts them in the league of Health Care professionals who hold your life in their
hands.............scandalous
Would not reccomend.

I found a burst pipe in the back yard leaking water profusely. I rang and Wembley Plumbing sent someone around as soon as they finished the job they were working on. The chap did a great job, and at a very good price considering the urgency. I was then hit with a huge water bill (c. $1000) but Wembley Plumbing were nice enough to put in a 'leak claim' on my behalf with the Water Corp - and they reduced it down to about $200. 5 stars!

My problem was diagnosed within 5 minutes and I then went to Bunnings myself to buy a $53 replacement shower head. Had a bit of a problem fitting it so they came back for another 10 minutes and did a good job. All covered within the $130 call out which includes first 15 minutes labour. Even though I was able to minimize my costs I thought the rate charged was a tad expensive. Some discount for pensioners might have helped. Paid my neurologist less rate than that. Must say though I was impressed with Adam who attended.

I have used Wembley Plumbing & Gas for years and have always been really happy with there service and the quality of work thumbs up from me.

A pretty average affair for me,

The plumber was nice and polite but my problem is still unresolved. They spent at least an hour plunging my toilet he then had to go back to his office to get a drain snake as he was ill equipped. They then removed the toilet but no success.

The toilet was put back together incorrectly which created a leak and began to flood the bathroom (caught it before any damage was done)



So all in all I have a shredded toilet for the snake
Had to correct the install of my toilet
And still have a toilet that slow flushing


Wembley plumbing offered to send someone out but with no clear answer to my problem I dont want to waste anymore of my time or money as this has already cost me enough

Beware of the quality of work and customer service. The plumber that was sent to do our job did not complete the work as quoted and left a big mess of the wall. After 2 weeks of trying to contact someone at Wembley Plumbing to discuss with no response we gave up and had to fix it up ourselves. Only gave 1 star as you have to rate out of 5.
