Pascoe's Gas, Water And Electrical

It has taken me 3yrs to write a review about Pascoes as I was so angry about their rip off and unprofessional service. I had power board and new earthwire replaced only to have two circuit breakers burn out within a few months. My current electrician who repaired their shoddy outsourced work said he could have done it for a third of the price. They use aggressive high pressure tactics to get you to agree to extra work, charge exorbitant fees for the work, which ends out being shoddy and in my case outright dangerous. Do to ever use their services.

Had the great misfortune to book a plumber from Pascoe plumbing and biggest mistake of my life, the attending plumber was rude and quite confronting also way too aggressive and believe me when I say aggressive beyond anything I have ever experienced you would think that when in a clients home they would show a bit of respect however the young man was quite obviously dragged up not brought up to show manners and respect.

As a great grandfather I ha e never been so threatened in my own home so please be careful this person who attended my home is dangerous.

Do not ever use this company. They charge fixed price even if the don't do the whole job. Charge $1180 to check and clean drain. Drain was no longer blocked but they check it and found nothing so they don't clean it. Plumber was there for 30 minutes so that is $2000 per hour that they are charging. Highway robbery.

3 times overcharged!!!! Paid over $3000 just to find out other plumbers charge just over $1000 for the same job. Stay away from this company and avoid them at all cost.

Not recommended at all. They say free quote. But its not. They try to manipulate the customers. My worst experience . The guy came to my home for hot water issue, 1st step , he checked water from the tap. Next step , he went to hot water system and took out the tempering valve and said "you need to replace all valves" and will cost you AUD900+. I said I don't want to do it straight away. I need to organize money, then he said I will charge you AUD165 to put the valve back in. But the quote was free. And when he took out the valve , he did not inform me about charges at all. He just took out valve and said this much gone be. So guys be carefull with this Pascoe. They say free. But when person come to your house , he use tool for minor thing and make it big job , and says we have use tool so we cost minimum fees . And my one says I will leave it open as it is . So normally they just messed up with the thing , so customer have no other choice. So if you do not go with them , then they cost you minimum feesAUD165.00 And if you do the job , they will cost lot more than the market.

For the first time using Pascoe's it was a breeze. I needed to fix a leaky shower tap and replace a kitchen sink tap. When the tradesman arrived he was very professional and actually completed the tasks in under an hour. His pricing was fair and i would highly recommend.

We have used Pascoe's on a number of occasions and have always received top notch service and the tradesmen that have attended our house have always been professional and polite and always leave the job clean and tidy

Avoid these guys! I organised a quote for a leaking shower, they advertise no callout fee obligation free quote right, but they won't give you an indication of any additional costs over the phone if you ask. When their technician came out he did a 10 minute pressure test to determine that my issue was not a leaking pipe but likely the grout. I'm then told I owe them $280 for the work he has done! I was shocked but paid, then called around other companies and got an average price of $155 for first half hour. So I tried disputing the price and tactics with their customer service and received extremely patronising emails telling me I paid so I must be happy! Awful company to deal with.

We have used Pascoe's before and were not disappointed at our decision to contact them again for urgent plumbing and electrical help. All representatives were competent and had the job done quickly and efficiently. Pleased to recommend Pascoe's. A Salter

We had a blocked drain which was affecting our bathroom and kitchen sink. Our own efforts to clear the problem were ineffective. We called Pascoes and were very pleased that they were able to come and assess the problem within a couple of hours. The man who arrived quixkly assessed the likely problem and gsve us the options to pursue. We chose one which included the aptly named seasnake plus the high water pressure root cutter. Within another hour or so the next man showed up with the fancy new equipment and got into the problem. We watched the work on the seesnake screen quite fascinated with the view in the pipes. The cutter quickly got rid of the roots and we were assured that ar pipes were ok. Problem all solved. Both men who dealt with us were very personable and friendly and answered all our questions. Very pleased with this service.
