Nothing can describe there terrible customer service, asked for an inspection on a ute to be done in 1hr ended up taking 3 and a half hours +, costed $198 when could have gotten it done for $45 at a different place.

Rang up to book in didn't give a quote and forced to pay on the day.

Made to sit in the waiting area with no communication from staff, on how long it was going to be and if we wanted to go do something then come back.

Also said it would be 45mins went away for 1hr, came back and it still wasn't done and had to sit for another hour.

My experience centres around a "blue slip" registration inspection of a caravan which was still registered in the ACT and in my name. Leaving the caravan in the street outside the business for 6 hours resulted in a rejection on the basis that the compliance placard wording was not correct. I observed from a distance for a while and only saw a young person bring out a trolley jack to check the wheel bearings. How the lights were tested is a mystery. How the caravan didn't roll down the hill is a mystery as well because when I coupled it to my car, the handbrake had been left off. They rejected the registration on the grounds that I didn't have the import documents (which I subsequently obtained from the ACT RTA) and a weighbridge certificate (easily obtained locally).
