Avoid this company at all costs. I booked and PAID IN FULL in advance for guests to be picked up and dropped off at my wedding from 2 addresses. The driver had no idea he had to pick up from the first address, did not know the destination and then asked my second address guests to pay, despite the bill being paid. I called the company and the man on the phone was the most despicable person I've ever spoken to in customer service. He lied to me that the taxi had waited "over half an hour to an hour" for my guests at the first address, which could not have been true given they were not supposed to be picked up "over half an hour to an hour" earlier, as I had agreed with the company & despite my guests waiting outside the property at the agreed time. We booked 05 Club to transport guests to and from our wedding which was held on a private property. Everything was stress-free, 05 club were reliable and on-time on the day, plus they were flexible with the time slots we wanted which was great. Definitely recommended.
