Zero Stars. I live in an apartment complex in Surry Hills which recently had an interior refurbishment. The building contractor in charge of the work used the electrical services of Daniel at 1Spark Electrical. When I needed to have a powerpoint installed on my balcony recently, I asked the building manager for the contact details of the sparky we had used for the refurbishment. I called Daniel on Tuesday last week and left a message. After receiving no response by Thursday, I called and left another message. When I hadn't heard back from him by Friday last week, I asked the building manager to call him and see if he could get a response. The building manager called, left a message and within a couple of minutes Daniel returned his call. Despite Daniel saying he'd call me back straight away, he still could not manage to do so until Monday this week, nearly a week after my first call. Hi Keith, apologies again for not getting back to you. As I mentioned I was unwell and this put me behind scheduling new work. I responded to the building managers call promptly as we had just completed some major works at the site and I was concerned there may have been an emergency that needed urgent attention. Sorry again, I'm glad you were able to get the work completed.

We would recomment 1spark to anyone looking for reliable & efficient Electrical work. They arrived on time, the works were completed neatly with no mess left behind which is appreciated. Pricing is also reasonable which helps! I'll definitely call them again when needed.

I found Daniel to be really reliable, trustworthy and professional, not only was he on time and very efficient but he did a fantastic job.
