100% Plumbing

Agent engaged 100% Plumbing for combined shower/bath always sending water out to both outlets.
App 1 - Plumber late we were already at work. Appt 2 - Diagnosed faulty part. Appt 3 - Plumber onsite - Wrong part ordered. We said forget the job. Instead he removed the bath outlet. The bath takes forever to fill from shower head only - so much for the nightly lock down spa..
Asked real estate agent to cancel repair. Later informed via email from agent "The plumbers also advised you contacted them directly and was verbally abusive towards their staff" which is false. Insult on top of injury inspires review.

It’s refreshing dealing with a company that shows up when they say they will, keeps me informed during the whole process and the price was reasonable. I was ready to replace my oven/stove after the advice of another plumbing company. These guys found my obscure part which saved me the cost of replacing my oven. I was extremely happy with 100% plumbing’s service. We had other plumbers out for a blocked drain but the problem kept returning. I can happily say the problem has finally been resolved, because the plumber spent the time and got to the underlying issue. The plumber also talked me through the entire process, which I really appreciated.
