These people almost lost me my block of land, quoted approx 200% of retail prices for pre-start upgrades, they buried rubbish on my site, and laid my slab wrong. In 6 weeks I have had to involve City council to confirm work was not as per plans and locate rubbish, I had to pay $550 for independent engineer report and now I have to go to building commission as no rectification work has been done requests for time lines have been ignored and my house progress is being delayed due to their errors. Dont build with these people. You will regret every minute
