Ridiculous! Rant for a cab at 5:45 am, thinking that it will be at my house well beeper 7am (when I start) rang them 4 times and got 7 different "delayed" texts before reviewing another call saying they might not be able to get one out for another 30 minutes or more.
This is the worst taxi company; always wait a long time before having to resort to other options. I'm now late for work thanks to a taxi not being able to come to my house with over and hour and 20 minutes notice.

Booked a cab on 13CABS website last night for a cab at 11.30am from edwardstown to Adelaide airport this morning. The site mentioned the status for my booking as DISPATCHING. After waiting till 11.40 and panicking, I called 132227, only to be told that they will send the next available cab, without apologizing for the delay. I didn't hear back again!! Appalling service!!

It's 12.51 pm now, status still says DISPATCHING!! Ridiculous!!

Thankfully I told suburban taxi at 11.51am, and had a cab at my door step at 12.01. Barely managed to check in and board my flight..

Well didn't finish my sentence before rudly interupted and as I went to continue talking I was hung up on

S**t service! Rang and booked a taxi at midnight to be in Gawler by 12.45 to only get there and there be no taxi, so gave it a few minutes and still no taxi so rang the company again to only be told that they would not dispatch a taxi to Gawler to drive me around the corner.

I was not told this when ringing to book the taxi. Yet I was going from Gawler railway station to Gawler East, it isn't just around the corner it was over 5kms. But that's all well and good, I'll just walk home at 1 o'clock in the morning, up massive hills and hope to not be kidnapped along the way.

Thanks for nothing! Not the first time you guys haven't been on time.

I will never use this company again!

Had to take a Yellow Cab on 7 occasions from work. On 5 of out of the 7 Vehicles where rather smelly. Two of them i had to resort to opening the Window to get fresh air to breathe. The smells where not what i would describe as mild either but odd a putrent. Yellow Cab need to clean their act and have the Cabs Seats steam cleaned. Especialy the drivers Seat! Not all of them are like that. Just as well or i rather tell my employer that i would opt to use my own Car.
