After the taxi dropped me off at Nikos Greek Tavern so I could get my takeaway for Lunch, I was waiting over half an hour for a taxi so in the end I had to ask Peter from that place to drop me back home.

It is extremely nice of the driver to take me to Ringwood East and back for free but charge the full amount to my half price taxi card both ways as a once off since I accidentally left my wallet at home.

Don't use them because I caught a taxi from Eastland to my house on Tuesday afternoon but the driver was extremely rude and abusive to me also he kept swearing at me.

If you're expecting convenience and punctuality you can stop right there. Not going to happen. To make matters worse, one evening I was coming home one evening and sprained my ankle out front and couldn't walk at all. There was a taxi right out front. I asked him politely to take me to casualty but he refused saying he was there to pick up a passenger. So I waited for 40 minutes in the rain on the lawn with my sprained ankle until a neighbour carried me upstairs. I do understand the driver may have been worried I was drunk etc (which I wasn't) but seriously, this is a rubbish service that has gone right downhill. If you use taxis regularly you will notice this.

Called 5 times to get a cab . They told me I had to make a special request to get a cab driver to get out of his car to ring my doorbell to let me know he had arrived . They have an automated system that does not allow you to do this . When I eventually spoke to a supervisor who was very rude and would not give me an address to write to but said I would have to make a complaint in writing . Ended up standing in the cold for half an hour out the front of my house . Ruined my evening . Will NEVER use yellow cabs or any of their affiliates again.
