Dr. Louis has always been very thorough, and highly technical skilled with wealth of experience. He patiently spends time listening to your problems, and advices a solution on how to keep your teeth and gum in best conditions. I have recommended Dr. Louis Lo to several other families and friends. They have nothing but praise for his honest, ethical conduct and extremely gentle approach to all his procedures. Dr Louis Lo at 19th Ave Gentle Dental is such a lovely man who lives up to the name of his practice. He is a very caring, gentle dentist.

Once I rang at 4:59pm on a Friday with a bit of an emergency after I'd had a tooth extraction. Louis got me to come in straight away & fixed the problem in no time.
