Cant complain about the bloke who came out to fix the tap that flooded my kitchen, but the fees are totally unreasonable. $300 call out fee just to come and have a look :o. Ended up costing me nearly $700 to have a simple mixer tap replaced, that took him 10 minutes....definetly do not use this company unless you like being ripped off!!

We made an online booking and received a phone call soon after confirming the time a plumber would come out. Plumber was prompt, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Two thumbs up for efficiency, and I appreciated that the plumber who did the call out tidied up after the job... I haven't been so fortunate with other companies in the past. Would happily recommend.

We had a mains connector fail at the entry point to our home which had only been built 6 years prior.
1st thought was 23 hour plumbing from the TV commercials we had seen recently.
One call and within 5 minutes we had an emergency plumber booked to attend site within the hour.
Service was prompt and efficient and the works were completed above and beyond what our builder had originally completed.
I would recommend 23HP any time.

Extremely expensive for the work done. Over charged for parts and labour. Prices from local plumbing supply shop. $541.32 to fix a water limiting valve.
20mm isolation ball valve cost $18.67 Inc gst was charged $71.39
Pressure limiting valve cost $68.20 Inc gst was charged $145.20
20mm brass fitting cost $6.69 Inc gst was charged 10.89
Plus I was over charged for an extra 15 minute block of labour time because they spent 10 minutes of my time making up and invoice which was logged (all up 51 mins of labour time for $188)
Was easily over charged $180 to $200, once they had finished the job I called around and got some prices for the work and everyone said not more than $350 Inc gst and parts.
Very very unhappy.
It may very well be that the components used during the callout were of higher grade than the ones you have sourced as a comparison at your local supply shop. Personally i have been at the wrong end of cheap components. The truth is that you get what you pay for. I would suggest that 23HP have used a higher grade product which would result in longevity as against a lesser grade product that would need to be replaced in half the time.
