2EZY Skips

I ordered the skip for 5 days Friday to wed and called them to make payment over the phone gave them cc Information. I noticed the money didn't come out 2 days later so I called them the day before the skip was being delivered (thank god) and they say we will take that on Monday, to which I replied 'well the skip is being delivered tomorrow I thought you needed it in advance?'. They then inform me my Skip is being delivered the following WED!! I said I needed it tomorrow and they better sort this out. Then they call back tell me the skip was actually delivered. They then went on to try and deduct the funds from my card. I was sent a message on the Sunday (before even double checking the payment information) saying 'unless you are there to pay the driver we will remove our bin and leave the contents there'. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I paid $175 to hire a bin for 7days, due to an office error they collected the bin 2 days early while I was at work when the bin was only 3/4 full.

They refused to drop the bin back and refused reimbursement for the unused portion of the bin.

Also RUDE phone manners.

Beware of this company. Of all the skip companies I've used before, this is the only one to charge for excess weight when the skip is only full to the top edge. Their excess prices are $200 per ton.
