The interior is beautifully decorated and split into three sections, so suitable for every occasion. At the front you'll find a relaxed cafe style, with a more intimate restaurant sat behind this and a private room at the back.
The menu is a welcome mix of authentic and contemporary Thai cuisine such as Thai style oysters, lemongrass stir fry and Penang curry.
Desserts are available if you've still got room after devouring the generous portions on offer here, or why not order a fresh coconut to share as an exoctic way to end your meal.
Excellent value for money and attentive service make Sa-Tau Thai a hit with everyone who visits.

I ordered Thai takeaway from 3 Elephants last night and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is warmly lit with lovely wooden decor and a fun elephant mural along one wall. The service was friendly and it didn't take long for our dishes to be cooked. The takeaway servings were generous and well flavoured. I especially enjoyed the smokiness of the chicken pad see ew, however, the chicken cashew nut could have had a little more chili jam (but I like stronger flavours). The two dishes and a small side of rice came to around $24 which is I guess is average for local Thai. It's a nice gesture that there is a 10% off takeaway dishes. I'll definitely be back.
