Amateur and incompetent business that promises but doesn’t deliver. First problems started with their poor website, which you basically have to reduce all security on your side to complete an order. Worst communication ever. No acknowledgement of the transaction except a copy of their internal email, which give no extra detail. No instructions about delivery time or pick up. No instructions about how to set up the bags. They tell you nothing and its up to you to follow up and chase them up at EVERY step. Phones are NEVER answered and you have to leave a message that is followed up the next day if lucky. Even then though, they cant tell you anything because they subcontract everything out and dont know what’s happening. Then they say that the owner ‘Andrew’ will contact you. So good to get friendly helpful staff at the end of a phone instead of rude people. Well done 4 waste - would highly recommend you to anyone.

Customer service extremely poor and very rude. When I initially made enquiries by email, I was emailed back with the instructions to "just fill in an online order form" - even though I was not ready to order and had many questions to ask. When I emailed them back stating that their customer service was bad and that I was considering going someone else, their response was simply "suit yourself!"

Sadly I could not recommend this service. The online order is not really online as they ring you to go through all the details over the phone anyway, and also their account/payment system doesn't appear to be in sync with the staff which can lead bags not being delivered/picked up as scheduled. They don't pass on contact details of the one staff who services all of Gold Coast, and no one seems to know what their schedule is for any given day.

Very happy with the garden bag service. A great idea. Very usefull. The 1 skip bin we had was exceptional. The price was better then all the rest. Thanks
