4wd Spot

The guy that runs the place is rude on the phone. Tried to speak to him about a car and he was indifferent and came across as though he couldn't be bothered to give me the time of day. When I questioned him about flexibility in the price his manner became even more off hand. I was ready to buy but needed details that he couldn't be bothered to provide to me like did the car have any significant oil leaks. I live some distance away and was comparing with a much cheaper private sale for the same year and mileage. He would not even bend down to look under the car and in the process of me speaking to him he hung up on me even though I was still civil to him. Sure I was angry with his manner and quipped him for it but he was not man enough to even engage in a discussion. I didn't swear or even raise my voice before he rudely hung up. I suggest that you think seconds about doing business.

They had a great salesman with good manners and a great attitude. I did end up buying a car from 4wd Spot in recent months. We were reasonably happy until we had to take the car back for minor repairs under the statutory warranty. We have four kids to give you some background and just the one car. they had the car for over a week, without providing a loan car, and as near as i can tell the only repairs they have made, from the list, is to replace an indicator.A week and a weekend just to replace an indicator!! they did not touch the major repairs that were needed on the suspension and they refuse to even consider replacing broken fixtures in the car like handles and drink holders.
