5 Star Granny Flats
Unfortuantely had an opportunity this week to inspect one of your granny flats and i'm sorry to say it was a very poor finish, the layout was ok but the tiles and grouting were terrible, the spacing was uneven and the grouting was cracked. The window seals were not sealed or siliconed, there was a crack in the bedroom ceiling already and it's a new granny flat, and the rear door has very large gaps on the sides. The reak estate agent said that many other people coming to viw and rent it had turned away as they noticed the saem things and he advised that your comapny built it and they've had issues also in the past renting out your granny flats because of the finishes. Sorry guys but i needed to leave you this review so your aware and hopefully fix this up, have a nice day.
