Extremely disappointed with the lack of service from them. Their work has left me and my partner having to pay other tradesman to fix. Our house is only 6 months old, and i have had nothing but headaches. They are very unorganized. I have tried several times to contact them regarding works that they need to fix as part of the contract and now they won't answer or return my calls.
I have also had tradesmen knocking on my door, at all hours of the day and night, looking for the builder to get paid.
I am very disappointed in myself for signing a contract with this builder.
All i can say is be VERY VERY careful with this builder, as they do not care about the quality of work they provide.
Half a star is too good for this builder.
VCAT will be dealing with them shortly.
