We needed installation of new air cons. Had terrible experience with 5th Star Air Conditioning. When I first phoned up to arrange an inspection and quote, they asked some rather technical questions like what sort of external units do you require, what size etc etc -- not being a professional in this area, how would I know that? That is why we ask them to come and do a quote on site. Then they sort of booked a mid morning time and said they would ring that morning to confirm whether they can make it. Now, if one is working, we have to take time off work to arrange these inspections, rather than just sit around waiting for them. Then when they found out that we have also arrange another quote by another company (which is standard now days - everyone gets at least 2 or 3 quotes for a job like this) - , they send a rude text message and said that they are not even interested in doing your job.
