Disappointing everytime. Went for a few work functions here. We phoned through orders the day before and when we arrived were told that there had been some changes. The grilled chicken salad and been changed to a chicken puff pastry pie. A few of the meals we had ordered were due to nut allergies etc and these were changed without notice so that people had to miss out on lunch. There was no sort of compensation or offer to bring out something different.

I went to the 7th Avenue restaurant on a Friday night, as we walked in the live music was excellent, and the door was opened by the staff (very courteously), the decor as we walked in was grand, we were promptly seated and offered a menu, about 10-15 minutes later we were waited on and after getting the entrees and drinks about 5 minutes later we sat back in the loverly restaurant.
The entree was huge and still warm (Italian bread) fresh from the oven, we soon were served the main meal. The Surf and Turf was even bigger, there was a big cut of well cooked steak on a bed of creamy mash potato with several prawns, lots of tender calamari, scallops and pieces of fish all in a delicious creamy garlic sauce. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone with a big appetite, it is a bit expensive but you certainly get your moneys worth and parking is at the door.
