So extremely rude, called up asking for help on Visas and had a rude staff say no and just hang up. Will not recommend this place, you can find another travel agency with cheaper deals and better service. LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS OR ELSE YOU WON'T HAVE ANYMORE.

This place offers a good deal & they are lovely & helpful. However, there's one person that works here, who is extremely rude!! Called up to enquire about cost of flights, after this person told me, just said ok & hang up! Didn't even get to say I wanted to book for my family of 10! Anyway, came in & the person's just as rude in person! If you want service, this is not the place to go. If you have issues with your tickets, can't imagine this person will be very helpful. I'd rather pay a little bit more to get a piece of mind that I'll get the service I deserve. POOR SERVICE to the customer service person!!!!
