Great customer service. Highly recommend. For a mum with no knowledge I didn't feel pressured and all my questions were answered. Will definitely go back for my daughters bike in the next month.

We came here to 99 Bikes looking for my son's 1st kids bike. My husband knew what he was after as had done research before coming. The staff here are very knowledgable and provide really good advice and suggestion. My son was happy riding a bike around the store while my husband was talking to the sales person. Its a very big store with lots of bikes for both adults and kids. There is also a service section in the back so that you can bring in your bike for a check up. My husband wanted to come back as we wanted to look at other shops but my son fell in love with his bike and started crying so the staff gave him a bike sticker to try cheer him up. That didnt work as he didnt want to leave the store without his bike. SO we ended up buying it. We joined the membership to save a few dollars from the price of the bike. We were entitled to come back for a free service and the staff explained the warranty and gave us a little envelop with all the information in it. ...read more
