The shower service was expensive but fine ($88 to put in a single screw - it took less than 5 minutes), but God help you if you don't follow the rather unusual instructions on the invoice to the letter when you pay. I've just received an extremely hostile phone call from their accounts department that has left me shaking and upset. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never use them again.
Incidentally the bill was paid within minutes of the staff leaving and this was the first contact they had had with me since the actual service. If you are not planning on paying cash (and they don't take credit card), do not use this company!!
