This guy is the absolute pits. He was rude and even when asked to get stains out he said that we should have cleaned it more often, not his fault. I thought that was what I was doing getting them cleaned. The carpets are no cleaner than before just wet. And rude and surly. Don't use this guy ever.

I would have to agree with 'ouch'. Wish I had read their review b4 using them. The guys turned up half an hour late, no apology, then plugged into our water and power without even explaining what they were doing, then in and out in 20mins. We have a reasonably large 4 bedroom house and they were done and gone. We have ceiling fans and it was a warm sunny day with plenty of drying time (they started at 8am!) but the carpets remained wet for 2-3days in some places after assurances that it would be fine to walk on in 'a couple of hours'. Since then my two sons and I have had constant sniffles and running noses. Our youngest (18 months old) can't sleep at night because he is snuffly and waking all the time. I rang to complain and got the 'I been doing this for 15 years' and 'I never had a complaint b4' BS (not according to 'ouch'). We had them come here to do our 4 bedroom house, it was all said and done in 20 mins flat. There was playdough in the carpet in the lounge area and there was no attempt made to remove it, we later scrapped it out with our fingers. We aren't sure but we don't think they even used fresh water as they never put any in whilst here. Our carpets are pretty old but they should have picked up a lot more dirt on the carpets than was removed They wern't friendly at all. When we called about our concerns there was nothing but excuses. If you want your carpets done in a half hearted way in record time by all means use them but we certainly won't be calling on their services again.
