Our A&A worm waste was installed late 2016.
The contract included a complimentary inspection after 6 months of usage.
We have never received this service although contacting the Sydney and Melbourne office some 5 times. Late 2022 we started having blockage to the distribution trenches and on contacting the Sydney office was given short shift. On posting a registered letter to the Victorian head office Manager some 3 weeks ago explaining our problem I have received no attention as of today 18/8/23.

We are planning to have one of these systems installed for household waste, however after reading some of the truelocal reviews, alarm bells are starting to ring. Can someone tell me what can go wrong and what support is offered after the money is paid and installation is complete.

The lifespan of the pump will vary depending on usage. though you can expect a pump to last approx 6 years, however we have known pumps to last up to 12 years. We offer ongoing after sales service and support to all our customers. I am an existing client with A & A Worm Farm Waste System and have been for 8 years. I cannot agree with the review posted by Julie C on so many fronts.
Our experience during the entire permit process, co ordinating the installation and after sales service has been very impressive.
After 8 years we have never had a problem with the system, appreciate the fact all our food waste & organic matter are able to be disposed into the system with our garden benefitting from the beautiful worm liquid.
Any time we have asked a question the response has been very professional and helpful. We have recommended this system to all our friends and neighbors
The internet is a marvelous tool however can be used in such a negative way by competitors.
We invested in a Septic Tank Systems from Worm Farm Waste Systems in Victoria and are very happy with the result. Its been operating without a hitch and if we have any concerns the staff at Worm farm Waste Systems have been very helpful. I can't fault the system so far.
I've had my A&A system in place at my hobby farm near Echuca in Victoria now for 10 years and it hasn't skipped a beat. It has never dried out and we have never had a problem with the pumps. The guys at A&A have always been helpful and the installation went like a breeze. The only issue we had was when a burglar switched off the power to the farm to disarm the security system. As a result the pumps didn't kick in and the tank filled with water - after it pumped out the worms were still there and had managed to survive.
To be quite honest we've never needed after care support. We add kitchen scraps to help with the composting and all runs sweet.
I have no association with the company - I just reckon they sell a really good product and I hate to see them get a bum wrap. We've been exceptionally happy with this system for 10 years.
