DO NOT USE THIS SALON. My partner and I got our hair done here 2 weeks before our wedding. My hair was fried and unevenly HACKED off. Her head was burnt and her vibrant color lasted no longer than 24 hours and rinsed out in water only, looking worse than when she went in there..... My partner has had to pay for hair treatments and scalp treatments. I had to spend $2000 on hair extensions pre wedding, and have this ongoing cost until my hair grows out. Could you imagine being 2 weeks from your wedding and not having the finances to fix your destroyed hair and not being offered any solutions from the salon who did it? This is how they treat their customers. I had very clear communication with my stylist including pictures of the color and the cut I wanted. I told her my hair was fragile as I had had chemo 3 years prior. My partners stylist was told she often reacts to bleach badly. And he still scalp bleached her. unfortunately shortcuts were taken during keratin treatment (replaced slow heat with blow drying keratin into hair, only left keratin in for 20-30 mins). Result was poor compared to amazing result achieved in previous experience in different salon by experienced hair dresser. They initially said they would offer make up appointment but then dropped out of contact, not returning messages. Disappointing service.
want to say a massive thank u to Sam & her beautiful crew for the amazing job they did to my hair today. My hair was nearly dead from long time home colouring & neglect.
Sam has brought my hair back to life, given it a beautiful colour, treatment, blow dry, straighten & cut.
This place isn’t just a hairdresser salon it’s a place u see Sammy having a dance & sing.
I was feeling a tired emotion wreck before I walked into the salon today & Sammy loaned me her ear as I poured my heart out to her. Thank u so much for not only for my beautiful hair but thanks for being u.
I promise I’ll come back because u guys r amazing.

Great and clean place which offers a wide range of beauty services for both humans and our best friends. The owner and staff were very friendly and attentive. Bought a Groupon to try out the keratin treatment but unfortunately didn't get the results as expected. Nevertheless very keen to return and try out other services.
